1.The guy would look at her face, then think "Hot or not?"

2.The guy would look at her 'other' features and you know....

3.The guy would than see how she talks.(a screechy or irritating voice could turn a guy off)

4.The guy would see if she's friendly.

5.The guy would see if she's easy to talk to.(which would deinitely score points if she's easy to talk to)
